Katharina Loden, Phd, is an ETF, startup, and real estate investor. She grew up in Germany and earned her PhD in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering. She served as executive and advisor from early-stage startups to Fortune 500. Most recently, she led a $28M fundraise for a green hydrogen startup.
Katharina runs the weekly YouTube channel "Net Zero Tech" about cleantech with a focus on net zero homes including heat pump systems, solar with battery storage, and high-efficiency insulation. She enables net zero living by making net zero homes affordable through fix and flips and new builds.
